 With over 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law, Robert brings the specialized insight of a former SEC Attorney Advisor to the Banyan team. Having served as Chief Securities Officer and Deputy General Counsel for a Nasdaq-listed entity, he understands the weight of public company responsibility from the perspective of both the regulator and the operator. Robert specializes in navigating the complexities of SEC reporting, exchange compliance, and capital markets transactions.
